Natural Self Assurance Hypnosis Review
This is my own review, of my own experiences with the Natural Self Assurance Hypnosis album from Natural Hypnosis - a part of their free hypnosis mp3 downloads collection.
If asked what held me back in life for so many years I could easily answer that it was my issues with self confidence. I constantly worried about what other people thought of me and was always frightened to do things if there was a chance that someone would think badly of me.
When I received natural self assurance hypnosis CD from my friend, my immediate thought was “Why did they buy me this? Do I look like I have no confidence?” – Which I can now admit was completely true. The friend who had purchased it explained to me that she wanted me to stop worrying about what other people thought as it seemed strange to her that I did not trust in my own point of view enough
One Month Later
Eager to please my friend I started listening to the CD the recommended once a day whenever I could. In the beginning, it seemed like nothing was different, people were still walking all over me at work and I couldn’t help but wonder why I couldn’t stand up to them. However, I persevered with the hypnosis – mainly because it made me feel relaxed.
About a month later I was in a meeting at work and was allocated a task that I felt I was overqualified for, just because no one else would want to do it. To both mine and my boss’s surprise, I immediately said that I was not happy about this and did not want to do it! It was quickly allocated to somebody else.
Six Months Later
I now feel as though I am in control of my own life and I am no longer a doormat.
I can make my own decisions regarding work, how I dress, what I am going to do with my day etc. I now rarely listen to my CD as I feel I can tackle life on my own.
